KNOWING ISN'T ENOUGH. YOU NEED REAL CHANGE
Throughout my 10+ years working as a psychologist, I began to notice a trend with clients having a lot of insight about themselves, as well as a good understanding of their problems. However, they were still struggling, and it seemed as though "knowing" didn't equate to change or healing.
If you relate to feeling stuck with knowing a lot about yourself but not knowing how to transform that knowledge into change, you are certainly not alone.
In fact, that was something I noticed in my own story.

EXPERIENTIAL THERAPY
That's why I focus on providing what I call "experiential" therapy. I believe experiences help us integrate our bodies with what we "know", so that we can truly heal and grow.
I do this by providing EMDR, Brainspotting, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy for:

- anxiety
- relationships
- parenting

Trauma Therapy
Trauma can come in all forms and affect people in a variety of ways. But a common thread across all traumatic experiences is one's sense of safety and "okay-ness" in the world is gone.
THERAPY IS A POWERFUL TOOL TO GET BACK THE THINGS TRAUMA STOLE
But not all forms are therapy are equally effective in healing trauma. I use EMDR and/or Brainspotting to support women work through trauma from a brain-based lens because it is effective.
Motherhood & Parenting Support
Parenting is hard, and I firmly believe we were never meant to do it alone. There is an incredible amount of pressure in today's society regarding child-rearing, and boy, do people have opinions!
PARENTING IS HARD, AND YOU WEREN'T MEANT TO DO IT ALONE
I love supporting moms (of all stages!) be able to work through their parenting struggles to have confidence when things get tough, and through it all, stay connected to themselves and their kiddos.
Equine-Assisted Therapy
Perhaps you have tried traditional talk therapy, but that's only gotten you so far in accomplishing true and transformative change in your life. Equine-assisted therapy takes what you know to a deeper level, so that you can feel calmer each day, have better relationships, and gain confidence.
